My husband and I were referred to Gaylen by a trusted family member and he went above and beyond our expectations. As first time home owners and new comers to the Bay Area, we had lots of questions and concerns. Gaylen always took the time to walk us through different neighborhoods and housing options while explaining the various nuances of homeownership and buying. Gaylen has impressive insights into the literal "nuts and bolts" of every house we saw and we felt certain that we knew what we were getting into when purchasing our home.
