Review is for James Ryan Jr at Advent: We have had various maintenance issues and James has made the process so much easier. He quickly respond to a request/provides updates and expectations. This communication makes a world of a difference when you dealing with time sensitive issue (Broken fridge, water leak) thats addressed by another party. Hes committed to providing a comprehensive solution- We had a water leak and he went the extra mile to climb up the side of the home to evaluate a drain pipe. James Ryan Jr. helped lock up our exterior hose bibs after having issues with water theft. He was attentive, flexible, and friendly. A redeeming quality for a company Ive had issues with in the past.

Met James Ryan Jr. today when he came to bring a dehumidifier and some anti-mold spray. We have had an ongoing mold issue in our unit for years that we are trying to mitigate with Advents help. Its a long process and were just beginning, but James was communicative, helpful, punctual, and personable. Thanks, James.
