He is very easy to communicate with, and he sticks with you through the whole process (which in one of our cases was quite extended). Ron worked with me after I was T-boned on my drivers side door. I consulted him shortly after the accident occurred and despite the opposing insurance company taking as long as possible, he was available whenever I had questions or concerns. When it came down to receiving the settlement, he asked if I had a number in mind and did an amazing job at getting what we thought I deserved. Would recommend 10/10
