honestly the worst customer service in this world rn the owner guillermo couldnt even give me an estimate on my gold bracelet when im home less and walked an hour to his facility i had called him before hand and honestly to anyone who got heart don't go here he'll belittle you and strip you of your power, dumb imbecile mule.

Looking at reviews, you'd expect this place to be run by a bunch of crooks, maybe cigar smoke and dimly lit office where a bunch of shady business happens. However, my experiences were not only met but, exceeded. I do understand that each persons experience can differ from the next due to attitude, misunderstandings, and multiple other factors between both customers and staff, this is the nature of business.
The shelves were stocked with pretty nice items and the prices were fair(ill get to this later) I think this is one of the places that had a lot happen to it during the riots and such. So the last time I visited it was a bit sparse.

I went into this location looking for an item I saw Offerup, sent a message through that app when they responded I made my way over. I ended up finding two items better than the one I was looking for. I made an offer(serious offer), the guy working with me(I don't recall his name) gave me the typical "let me see what I can do" and to be honest looking at the reviews, you wouldn't quite expect much. This is where my opinion of this location improved.
He grabbed my two items, went to the back and start punching keys. His reply was we aren't too far apart on pricing, even with this, I was expecting to pay more than what I thought I would get. I paid less. Even though he could have charged more, he came through and made me pay less than what I expected!. No arguing, no bad vibes, no rudeness, none of the stuff "I" expected from a pawnshop.

Visited on a whim. everything is still all boarded up. Saw a set of headphones made and offer, got accepted. Now own a really nice pair of Sony on ear headphones. Will keep coming back here. The staff is always friendly to me.

This is a very good pawn shop very nice workers especially victor if you ever get the chance to work with him he will not disappoint very cool will work with you will be the very best help he is allowed to do obviously. Really great experience I am a regular because of him to be honest. If you are in need of a gift I would go there they are without a doubt my go too.

I am reading some of the reviews about the customer service here and wanted to say that I have never had an unpleasant interaction with anyone. They are all professionals who keep their cool even when the circumstances are extreme. From what I have seen customers forget that the staff work two jobs here. One job is on the retail floor where they sell items and the other is on the pawn shop side. All the staff bounce between these two job duties. The staff here also must function within specific guidelines for what they can offer for an item or the price they can sell an item for. Buy Sell Loan is in the business to make money, but they are not out to scam you. Most of the folks here are just doing their jobs. I would say come here if you are looking for jewelry that costs less than retail but be patient with the staff. They have a lot on their plate.
