        My story goes back to January 2017. But let me tell you this staff, even recently I'm told is horrible. No care for visitors, including coming up to my room uninvited to confront me about 2 people we were meeting to explore the Bay Area. This place needs to shut down and the staff get kicked out on the street with the rest of the trash. No room in society for nimrods who couldn't lead aunts with a trail of sugar of they tried.
