The Headline: Chris and Derek are EXTRAORDINARY! Yes, we got an amazing offer (multiple and way over asking) on our house, but what makes them so amazing is all the work they put into the process leading up to the sale of your home and they're just genuinely really great people. Our family decided to make a move out of state, which would require us to find an agent that would be willing and able to manage EVERYTHING for us in preparation for the sale of our home. This was absolutely critical for us as we are both working, have a toddler, relocating, and selling a home is a lot of work, regardless of the market/condition of your home. After interviewing a bunch of agents, we decided to go with Chris and Derek based on our shared vision for the house, their easy and genuinely friendly demeanor, and their promise to be able to take on the burden of getting the home prepped for sale. I have to say, they were very confident in what they would deliver, but you really never know what youre getting until youre in the thick of it. From the moment I handed the keys over to Chris to the moment we received the funds in our account from the sale, Chris and Dereks level of service was impeccable.
