My wife and I happened to stumble into a house that Frederick was showing. Even though the property Frederick was showing was not a good fit for us Frederick was willing to talk with us about what we were looking for in our house. He helped us tremendously throughout the process and even took us to see a ridiculous amount of houses in one weekend because he was committed to finding us our home. Frederick was not happy boy able to help us find homes that would work for us, but was also able to talk us through the emotion rollercoaster that is buying a home. Fredrick is the dream realtor to have. He helped out in every step of the home buying process and transparent as well. He helped out recommending contractors for any fix that we require and even went out of the way to give advice along the way. Even though there were difficulties in the overwhelming process of a first time homebuyer but he was patient enough to work with us.
