EZ Star Smog Oakland

This morning I went to EZ Star Smog Oakland on San Pablo & 34th Street. I met with Richard Martinez, the owner of, who explained everything that he needed to do for testing the emissions on our car. I was impressed by his professionalism and while talking with him, realized he could also complete my registration and provide me with a sticker good til 2025! I was delighted to let him handle all of my paperwork! Richard own his business and takes great pride in providing great service!

The owner is super helpful, efficient, and thoughtful. He made things super easy to understand and was cost-effective as well. They also do DMV processes here, which is so convenient and helpful! Definitely going to keep coming back here.

I've been taking both my cars here for years. Richard Martinez is amazing and always helpful and fast and efficient. When I had a car that wouldn't pass for some obscure reason, he worked with me and was instrumental in me fixing what was wrong so that I could pass. Easily the best smog check place I've ever been to. They have a Flawless score for a reason. Give Richard A raise!

Reviews on point! This guy is amazing! Great customer service and hes certified for DMV registration! Just paid my car registration there and grabbed my new tags! All done so quick! Will definitely recommend to others
