Family Laundry: Premium Wash & Fold Delivery

I have been using Family Laundry for my acupuncture practice after they acquired Sudzee in November 2022. This service gives me so much peace of mind as they have wonderful customer service, awesome & friendly delivery drivers, convenience with booking through their app with delivery and pick-up notifications, and a mission statement backed by so much integrity... As a small business owner myself I understand and value quality service and this is what they provide. Even though they are more than double the cost of what I was paying Sudzee, Family Laundry is very reliable, top notch and you really do get excellent service and I appreciate so much that they use fragrance free/eco detergent, and clothes are bundled in twine and not in plastic bags. You can tell how much they care about their business model and the care they have for the people that work on their team. Thank you for your care and help and for your attention to my business linens. This service has truly saved me so much precious time away from work. I appreciate this service greatly and this review is overdue.

This service has wash and fold down! Pick up, drop off service and they actually read and listen to the extra comments. Love this service and will continue to use them!
