I been doing my laundry ever since I move on 35ave in Oakland last August 2023 I some customers are very friendly too except one particular Employee that works over ther I think they should very thankful they have customers that do laundry at this place not even a greeting to the customer at least be thankful for the customer I dont mind doing my laundry to this place its a very convenient place I just move to a Apartment & the laundry at my Apartment its too small thats why I decided to do my laundry to this place, I work, for Health care & part time for consumer reports at they should be thankful that were customers and doing laundry it seem they showing an expression of attitude

It's clean. Almost everytime I come in all the machines are working. They have one TV in English and the other in Spanish giving nice options of shows to look at. None of my clothes have ever been damaged. The neighborhood could be concerning if your squeamish, but it doesn't bother me. There's a taco truck across the street if your hungry. Not a lot of parking, the parking lot is really small and not a lot of choice on the street if you don't get one of the 8 spots in the lot. Machines are pretty fast and strong. They offer a service where you can drop your clothes off and they'll wash, dry, and fold, them for you if have a busy schedule. I'm not sure how much they charge for that. Overall it's a pretty good place to wash your clothes.
