Customer Lobby

Im sure this service can work well once everything is setup, but hopefully you dont need to get ahold of anyone, because customer service is practically non existent.

Carshield representative, Michelle, has a very poor, unprofessional demeanor. She argued with me about canceling my account. I asked why was she giving me a hard time , I want to cancel? She informed me that she Had to say this, and I Had to acknowledge it? I told her, sternly, that I want to cancel. She responded by saying, We dont want you as our customer

Review from 3 years ago: This company is ruthless and do not take no for an answer when you tell them you are not interested. To the point they become disruptive to business. Updated on 5/6/2021 Too funny, I came here to write a review for Customer Lobby and found that I had already left them one. I am going to add to this one, because I know Google will not allow two reviews of the same company. It's not a matter of how many times Customer Lobby has contacted our business. It's a matter of how many times this month they have contacted us. It is beyond obnoxious. If they treat me as a customer this way, then I would gamble that they would treat our customers the same way. No thank you (Not that CL will take no for an answer anyway).

The return on roi is fair. The customer service is good. The turn over of representatives has been high but they are a strong asset to a good marketing program.

Customer Lobby started working for our business right away. The support we received from Allegra and the Customer Lobby team has been incredible and we got some awesome reviews within days!
