DO NOT USE-They will continue to send you mail claiming that you are still their client and need to update your info. I contacted the a woman claiming to be the own ad asked her to stop and that I did not want to do business with them and I moved. Since then, Strahan Insurance has gotten my new address and continued to send me the harassing letters and emails. They wont take my calls or respond to my demands that they stop contacting me and not follow me around in life. GET THE MESSAGE STRAHAN INSURANCE . LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!

Susan was amazing at helping me get an umbrella policy and updating my car insurance coverage. She gave great advice and an awesome sense of humor.

I called the office for a quote and had a 5 minute discussion with Susan about why I don't want to stay with the last agent that I used?! Seriously? I don't have an umbrella policy with anyone. Why do I have to qualify that? I'll call The Hartford to complain about this agency's inclusion on their company website as a viable place to seek a business policy.

Susan Bernosky and her associate Sal were stellar in seeing my household through a complete changeover in insurance plans including medical, dental, vision, homeowner, umbrella, auto, etc. that had to be efficiently executed in a matter of weeks. Honesty, integrity, experience and superior knowledge--exactly what you want in an adviser, especially when it comes to something as important as insuring yourself and your property. I am an attorney who has handled insurance matters so I know more about insurance than the average person.
