Great staff, I always feel welcomed as soon as I walk through the door. I was served an amazing Nespresso coffee, and my agent, Kim, is always thorough and attentive to my needs. All of my insurance are taken care of by this agency. I went in for a quote and came out with full coverage and I am not looking back! Pros: lovely staff, lovely agent, clean office, clean bathroom, coffeeCons: street parking (some paid, some free)

I have been faithfully working with this agency to maintain my insurance(s) for so many years, I'm ashamed I never gave them a review until now! These ladies always have my back and make sure that I am covered to the best of my financial abilities. Including reminder calls because this girl is forgetful! Not only do they make sure that I secure the best car insurance quote every year but they also have insights on legal protections for when things hit the fan in life.  My renter's insurance really came through in the clutch and I'm so glad Kim convinced me to get it a year ago.  These ladies aren't just trying to write you any old policy... they really take care of you!

In my experience, Kim and Shi's agency has been reassuring, knowledgeable, and supportive during challenging times. In 2012, my first coverage policy was underwritten. These meticulous agents made this Farmers office location personable and professional. Thank you for the work all of you do.
