Not Your Average Cleaners

They do give you discount for writing (of course good) reviews online. Hence the 5 stars reviews. First 2 cleanings were ok (definitely not great, but ok) , then cleanings decreased in quality and attention to details is gone. Price is very high for what it's done. Apparently they set a smaller amount of money as monthly fee in my account so now, after 1 y they decided to TAKE THE MONEY BACK FOR THE WHOLE CLEANINGS because of their mistake ! A considerable amount of money has been withdrawn from my bank account. I could have been more understandable in different circumstances and ways of negotiating and understanding their mistake but definitely not agree with anybody abusing my card just because they have access to it. BEWARE

The cleaning crew arrived on-time and they were well-prepared with all of their own supplies and tools. They paid great attention to detail, and they were extremely courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use Not Your Average Cleaners or to recommend them to friends.

The whole process start to finish was seamless- they were very responsive about scheduling, flexible with my dates and times, and left our house looking great. The attention to detail in the kitchen was especially appreciated. We are so happy with the work they did and are looking forward to next month!

They did a great job! They were on time, cleaned out house beautifully, were very professional and quite fast. Would definitely recommend!

They do a great and thorough job, they are responsive, and communicate well. They were responsible and responsive to my needs and requests. I hired them twice, the second time being for a move- out clean. They do an impeccable job!
