I'm a delivery driver for pharmacy and I was delivering someone's medication and I was racial profile at the front desk and not allowed to in the premises I would never come back again. Thank you very much

We love staying here because its just great all around. But recently had valet charged for my stay by mistake that no one seemed to be able to help me fix except Jason. HUGE THANKS TO JASON who is extremely competent and discovered the issue almost immediately. Hes amazing and just saved me so much headache.

Great hotel for longstays. Very well located in downtown Oakland. Only drawback is that you get exactly the same thing every day in the breakfast and nobody cares when things run out. There were days when there alwas no fruit or even no bread.

Very pleased with stay at this hotel, the studio room was everything we needed for a good night's sleep after a show. So quiet. Nice black out shades. The only drawbacks were the bathroom shower was strange with no door and the toilet paper was really low quality. I would return. We ubered everywhere.
