I worked with Dawn to find out what was causing bloating and to have a general nutrition check in. I was a bit skeptical about the process, but she put together a plan and after a month we were able to isolate the cause and I have truly never felt better. I learned so much about how my body reacts to things and have a new appreciation for it. I couldnt recommend Dawn enough, she really met me where I was with kindness and without judgement.

Dawn was very helpful to me a few years ago in treating SIBO, a bacterial imbalance in my gut resulting from antibiotics, causing much discomfort and unwanted weight loss.  Under her guidance and  support, with a brief course of medication and a specific food regimen, I was able to rebalance the intestinal bacteria within a couple months, and my gut has  remained healthy for the past 5 years.  I am forever grateful!

I was looking for help to treat a condition called SIBO. If you ever have this condition, I feel for ya! It literally feels like it is a never ending story of unbearable bloating but I'll save you any more of those details! Someone referred me to Dawn. I am so happy I did because navigating from MD to MD trying to figure out how to get treated for something that Dawn understood immediately. After intake forms, she guided me through a plan on diet and supplements that helped my body actually heal from what I literally thought may have been something modern medicine could not handle.

This is a review long overdue.  Last fall, I completed a 12-week journey with Dawn's help to heal my gut and the results were beyond amazing.  By the time I sought Dawn, I had suffered for many years with digestive issues and was desperate.  After trying so many things, FODMAP diet, going gluten free, dairy free, vegan, taking probiotics, etc, I wasn't too hopeful that my issue would get resolved.  To my surprise, after 12 weeks of being on a re-set diet and protocol that Dawn created for me, I recovered completely!  This is not to say I don't have reactions to food anymore, and usually it is a result of me not paying attention to what I ate.  The frequency with which it happens has diminished tremendously and as I went through Dawn's regimen, I was able to discover what my trigger foods were.  Dawn started by getting a full lab analysis of my gut health and proceeded to develop a plan from there.  Dawn KNOWS her stuff - she is truly an expert in her field, and as attested by many others here in Yelp, she is a miracle worker.  Dawn is compassionate and non-judgmental.  I felt truly supported and safe during my journey of healing.  I learned so much, about my body, about healthy eating, about healing.  If you suffer from any digestive issues, and need help, Dawn is it!
