        Love love love working out here ! The studio manager Lex, is so awesome and helpful! She helped me with my signup and onboarding and has always been super supportive! I love the coaches and the members and the amazing staff! It really feels like a close knit community ! The bathrooms and workout areas are always very clean without that extra fragrance odor which I very much appreciate!

        After my trainer moved to LA, I did not work out for almost 2 years. I Recently moved to the area so I could walk down to this club. The staff is amazing, and the trainers are amazing, and I could not be more energized and excited to belong to a club. They are truly committed to their craft and it is self evident. I cannot recommend more highly!

        Ive been going to OT for over a year. It has been so helpful to have a coach to correct alignment and encourage progress. For those on MediCare, some supplemental plans cover 8 sessions per month for free!!! Love it so much!!!

        I absolutely love this location! The energy, community, support, guidance, and love is constant! I cant imagine anyone else convincing me to take a 5am class, but Danielle Noel is the best coach EVER! Folks come to this location from all over the Bay just to take her classes. They are always full! Plus, she plays the best music and has such incredible energy. Lastly, I really appreciate her guidance on the floor with weights. Invaluable help so we dont get injured! I cant say enough! Shes amazing!
