Hands down, best Muay Thai gym in the Bay Area. I highly recommend you check it out. I've been going for over 3 years now and have learned a tremendous amount from the Muay Thai and boxing classes. They are beginner friendly and have great advanced classes as well.

The coaches are extremely considerate, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anyone looking to try martial arts to join this gym!

They keep raising their prices so I can't really recommend PRS any more. For that price you could get an Equinox membership. They dont list their prices online for a reason. Saturday "open mat" has drop in fees. Large facility, but still crowded. BJJ: The BJJ coach Joe is a blackbelt and all around amazing person. Joe gets 5 stars in my book. Boxing/Muay Thai: For the high prices we pay we should get more personal attention, but the classes are very crowded so that's expected I guess. That kinda sad part is that people go to the classes for months and their form still stinks because nobody ever corrects it.
