Awful service. Bart is full of drug addicts. Ive had people blow fentanyl smoke in my face and nothing was done. They raised the price for more security but it hasnt gotten better. They are about to close because everyone would rather walk then ride the trap train.

All the reviews posted are correct. BART is an awful organization. are rude and to get anything done takes an act of God. Safety, cleanliness are the last things they really care about. They have showers to clean train exteriors but elect not to. Inside the organization is just as bad as what customers experience. Favoritism, minimum requirements that restrict advancement and most of all an allowed culture within departments most notably in the HR Department where infighting and bullying of other employees is rewarded with promotions and such infighting is known to other departments within BART. Lastly, do not forget about all the safety violations CalOSHA and NTSB found that could have been corrected before needless deaths happened.
