        They replaced our bathroom window in one of our tenants unit over 14 years ago and they were very easy to work with. Most importantly the window is still in great shape. I am very happy with the service I received and quality of the window. I am looking to replace rest of our windows and will be going to them again for the new windows.

        East Bay Glass came out to fix a small window on the 3rd floor of our condo building. Not only did they not clean up the dust and paint chips but even left behind the empty box from the window. Pretty unprofessional to not clean up after a job. But the real kicker was that they didn't want to have to bother having the front door opened for them so they disengaged our front door lock, then, forgot to re-engage the lock when the left. So not only did they not clean up, but left our building in Oakland completely open to whomever wanted to come in. Reckless and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
