As a realtor, I had to satisfy a City of Oakland ordinance and repair the sidewalk before being able to close escrow. This process required a few trips to City Hall. I found Sean of Depth Concrete online and asked him for an estimate. He showed up to my listing promptly and gave me a fair quote. And most importantly, he quote a completion time that was well within my comfort level. This job was slightly more difficult because the sidewalk repair included working around the metal sewer drain grate.
