        I had an outstanding experience at Uptown Ford in Oakland while buying a car for my dad. Mason and Marcus both went above and beyond to make me feel like a part of the Ford family. Uptown Ford stands out as the only dealership where I felt I could make an informed decision without any pressure. With an extensive selection of vehicles, the entire process, from browsing to purchasing, was seamless. I highly recommend Uptown Ford to anyone looking for a top-notch car-buying experience. If you visit, be sure to ask for Marcus or Masonthey'll take excellent care of you.

        I brought my car into this dealership for the first time ever, usually take my car to the Walnut Creek Ford dealership. After scheduling a appt to have my car get a regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.),ever. I) they were charging me $480!!! This is CRAZY! For context, I have a 4-cylinder 2014 ford c-mac hybrid. At the other dealership and most auto centers I am charged between $100-$200! This dealership is insane to charge me so much for a regular maintenance service. I immediately asked for my keys back and drove that same day to Walnut Creek Ford where I was charged $154 for my car maintenance. Although located in a convenient location, unless you're made of gold (which no Ford owner is) do NOT take your car here. I recommend Walnut Creek Ford which only 25 minutes away with light traffic. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR.
