My experience with Ms. Debbie Young and her partner was absolutely fantastic. My company experienced an email phishing attack and Debbie and her partner talked me through how to get it reported to the authorities. They took the time to listen to me and were incredibly kind and helpful while also on their way to distribute some holiday gifts to less fortunate families. It is so great to know that there are people and business who take the time and connect with others on a human level. I wish them all the luck and I am sure they are destined for personal and business greatness. Thanks again guys!

Our experience as sellers whose transaction was handled by the Prim team was very poor. Despite the team being comprised of at least 3-4 separate people, we could not get timely responses to questions or requests for documentation (we had to request estimated and final settlement statements multiple times to help with the separate purchase of our new home), and found that members of the team only corresponded with us when THEY needed information. When preparing the settlement statement, the team made so many errors that after them sending me 4 separate emails with “corrected” versions, I finally had to call them and literally walk them line by line through the document and point out all the errors that they had made. They also initially sent five emails to an incorrect email address for my husband, ironically all labeled “DO NOT FORWARD” and with language about how seriously they took our privacy. I generally like to give professionals the benefit of the doubt but in this instance I got to the point where I lost all faith in their ability to pay attention to detail and prepare accurate documents. Examples of errors made were repeatedly putting our mortgage origination amount, not payoff amount the lender provided, putting in the wrong commission amount for both buyers and sellers agents, including costs that were explicitly excluded in our contract, and telling us they would forward our mail to the wrong STATE because they hadn’t taken time to closely read the state on our forwarding address paperwork they asked us to complete. Working with this team added significant stress to our process, which really isn’t necessary when dealing with the CA real estate market! I wasn’t able to choose the title company in this instance but if you have a say in yours, I would go a different direction.
