Can't always find what I am looking for, but when I do, the checkout experience usually runs smoothly. Security is good.

If I don't have to come to this one I don't. The cashier was rude, handed me the most raggediest 5 dollar bill she could find. I had to ask for another bill. Really?

This Walgreen's pharmacy branch is dreadful. They call you in to pick up your prescription an when you get there they tell you that it is on back-order. Then it takes them weeks for them to get around to filling it. They have an aggressively unhelpful staff.

This place makes it so difficult to purchase something because half of the items are locked up behind plexiglass. The store thinks they are saving money on loss prevention and theft with this strategy. What they are really doing is losing even more money because people dont want to go into a Walgreens and wait 5min for assistance to grab an item they should just be able to take off the shelf themselves. I walk by this store everyday on my way to the gym. It is by far the most convenient Walgreens I have ever lived near in my entire life. However when I want to go to a Walgreens or CVS I usually just wait until I have to drive by a different location. The revenue that Walgreens loses by making this "convenience store" inconvenient will eclipse whatever they are losing in theft. I only come here when it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. For example, I ran out of toothpaste this morning. Of course, I had to wait for customer assistance because the Sensodine was behind glass. The employees are really cool, friendly and appear to be well aware and genuinely sympathetic about the poor shopping experience the company provides. That is why they got two stars instead of one. Hopefully the store will see this review, come to their senses, and stop this nonsense.
