Leet Construction is such a great company. If I could give more stars I would. So far they have done a few Soft Story Retrofit projects with us and they were all done in a timely manner-NO delays! very professionally. Our tenants were very happy as well. I would recommended them for any project you have.

The bid process was not high pressure sales like some companies, and also they offer professional quality in all of their projects. Great experience with LEET, I am a property manager that they worked on Retrofit. they cleaned everyday and try to minimize the noise, if we had issues they addressed and took care of them immediately during the process, good job and good crew if you need a retrofit contractor in Bay Area they are the right choice.
