Dr. Baird is excellent at what he does! His knowledge of anatomy and his hands-on skills are both impressive, and he's good at creating a safe space where I feel listened to and understood. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with him on my shoulder, one session already made a big difference.

I had an excellent experience each time I visited Dr. Baird. He is always mindful and educational about the treatment. Dr. Baird was great at both holistic and detailed view of any issue I brought to him. I am an amateur triathlete and I tend to develop various levels of problems as I learn about being better with my body. The sessions themselves are pleasant and typically feel gentler and more effective than other chiropractors I've worked with. Happy to come back and highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Baird, especially if you have chronic pain. I started treatment a few years ago and his adjustments have vastly improved my quality of life. Im better able to perform my physical therapy exercises and am enjoying more consistent pain-free days. I appreciate that he checks in frequently to make sure I am comfortable, explain how different body parts are connected, and he has some great educational videos on his youtube channel which have been very helpful during weeks when Im not able to come in for an appointment. He is a very skilled, kind, and comprehensive practitioner. I highly recommend!
