Terrible service. I usually use TurboTax but I was going through a divorce so I thought I needed more assistance with preparing my taxes. I delivered all of my tax information perfectly formatted and up-to-date in QuickBooks on January 14th. No one would meet with me no one would return my calls. I received my tax return fully prepared and an invoice for over $300 on April 12th. It took two emails three weeks and four phone calls for me to receive a full copy of my entire tax return with all the attachments. Roger Fields failed to file a waiver of carry back losses for me. The IRS denied my amended filing causing me to later owe the government over $4,000. Roger Fields was not only unhelpful but created an expensive time-consuming and complicated tax situation for me.

I usually do my own taxes with TurboTax but I was going through a divorce and a friend recommended merchants accounting services. I delivered all of my tax information in QuickBooks on January 14th.I tried multiple times to set up an appointment to discuss my tax situation with someone nobody responded and I was told an appointment would not be necessary.on April 12th after three phone calls and many emails I finally received my tax return and was assured that it was filed. I also received a bill for over $300 for this service. it took many more calls and emails to get a full copy of all of my return and the attachments. Roger Fields failed to file my waiver of carry-back losses and later, when I tried to amend my return the IRS denied my claim costing me over $4,000. Merchants has refused to make the situation right, help me, or even apologize. Avoid like the plague. Go pretty much anywhere else.
