These are the most unprofessional people I ever met. I paid over $2,500 to have my car fixed and half of the work was not done. They think because they are a big dealership, they can scam people without repercussions. They lied to me and said my brakes were okay, and also that they had replaced my battery and Valve Cover Gasket. The Valve Cover Gasket was not installed properly and my truck was still leaking oil. The battery was not replaced, and when I was on vacation, my roommate had to have it toed to firestone because the battery was dead. I come back to the dealership to have them fix the Valve Cover Gasket replaced, and Carlos the manager gives me attitude and asks if my phone was working. And why I didn't call them. Do not do business with this dealership or any for that matter. They will scam you.

First of all, there is need to verify the work done after the service is complete. For example, a car is considered serviced even if only visual inspection is done no oil change. Do Not be surprised oil change NOT done every 5k. Manual recommends otherwise. Second, I had a mechanic installing a basis light bulb in the way that it could not steam light properly. Otherwise, wrong way into the fitting.

One Toyota fixed my axle and said I needed a new 12 volt battery. I was just happy to get the car up and running and thankful for their help. Four months later my 12 volt battery seemed to be failing, but I was surprised since it was so new. So I took my car to my regular mechanic (AK Auto in Alameda, not the dealer) and Alex checked the battery and the prius equivalent of an alternator and determined that indeed the new battery was faulty. He showed me the code reader that said "bad cell" or something and said it should be under warranty and told me to go to the dealer and have them swap it out. He didn't charge me anything to check. Today I went to One Toyota and after waiting and lining up they said they'd need the car for a while, and that I needed to sign a work authorization for them - so if they determine that my new battery was not faulty, they would charge me about $200 to just to check. I asked if I could just take out the battery and have them test the battery on its own and they said no. What on earth does a warranty mean if they won't check to see if their product is at fault potentially charging about the same as a new battery???!!! I just eventually got them to jump my car and drove off, still confused as to what just happened, remembering what Alex from AK Auto said: "Don't ever go to the dealer, you'll get {expletive deleted}!"
