        What a miserable place. If I had known they would take 1 hour to fulfill my 10 sandwich order I would have picked a nicer location. This Panera is in a joyless food hall where you order online and pick up while traffic and a noisy BART train screams by every 5 min.

        Not an actual location. Google Maps entry is misleading. You cannot order or eat inside. Only mobile orders. Doesnt look welcoming at all.

        Disappointed.  Since my first review, I've ordered from this location several times. So I was stunned when our food was not up to par.  The lettuce in the Asian Chicken salad was old not fresh at all and the broccoli cheddar soup had a weird color, wasn't as good as I know it can be.  Had this been my first experienced, I would have never came back a second time .  The food was edible, I just picked through the salad so my actual rating is 2.5. So farewell or good-bye, not sure if I'll patronize this location again.
