Liz is phenomenal. Btw- small businesses survive because of mark-ups. The Internet is killing small businesses!!! They have to pay rent, salaries, utilities. Go work with a robot or a faceless website for less $$. I prefer to support small business. Their showroom is limited but I went to Premiere Kitchen and Bath in Walnut Creek to see what I like then ordered with Liz. This was my first remodel and she held my hand and was responsive to all my questions. She knows all about plumbing, fixtures, etc. Super personable and a hard worker. She often stayed late helping me decide. I worked with her for 2 months and NEVER had a bad experience. Another co- worker is a but off putting which is why I stuck with Liz.

I have had a great experience with Cyndi. Her suggestions were thoughtful and she's been helpful with all of the issues that inevitably occurred during installation of our kitchen and bathroom remodels.

Drove all the way from Sacramento to find out that its open by appointment only, while on Google there is no more of that
