Even lawyers need ... other lawyers? On a more serious note, while I understand the importance of wills & trusts, even for me it was confusing because there were a lot of rules, I couldn't separate the things I recall in case law from school to reality, and each state has its own special sets of rules, it just was a bit overwhelming. I didn't want to take any chances, since this is also something you really want to get done right so I went with Colby because I felt strongly that Colby's depth of knowledge would ensure that my living trust was done correctly. Colby made the entire process easy, and set up several follow ups. He was thoughtful in executing certain parts that allotted for more flexibility if (or as) needed, and helped me better think through aspects that I would have otherwise glazed over as not important. I have, and continue to recommend Colby for Wills & Trusts as he did an exceptional job for me!

Thank you Colby LaVelle I was scared to go through with filing for bankruptcy. I was battling with my finances for years, making minimum payments only. During the pandemic times got really hard to keep up with my payments. Colby walked me through and ease any fear I had about filing and I am glad I did.

I made a big financial decision in the summer of 2022. I decided to file for bankruptcy which wasn't easy for me especially with the stigma attached to it. I found LaVelle Law offices on Yelp and haven't had one regret since. Colby took me through the step by step process in a language that was easy to understand and helped me find which banckruptcy chapter was best for me. His team at Lavelle Law Offices were top notch and very diligent with making sure all paperwork was correctly submitted. Colby was very reassuring, understanding and patient whenever I had concerns about my decision. I haven't had to acquire many lawyers in my life but I would imagine that finding one that is compassionate, caring and also actively engaged in their profession isn't easy to find. Colby and his team were wondering during the whole process. They were all very helpful in explaining everything and supportive during every step. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Very professional team. If I had to do it again (I hope not ) I would definitely come back to them.
