Crash Champions on 10th street is AMAZING. The team there is all very helpful and kind, and the process of getting an estimate and then fixing the car was very smooth. Renee was the absolute best. She explained everything about the insurance coverage and kept us up to date on the progress of the car. I would highly recommend Crash Champions!

These are the champions, my friends. After visiting five other repair shops, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of this garage. I was received promptly at the time of my appointment and Vu Ly was friendly and efficient in examining my Toyota Prius, which had been sideswiped while parked on a public street. I was permitted to keep my car, which was still drivable, until needed parts came in for the repair. The work was finished in four days (earlier than they had estimated and weeks before the competing shops could promise), my car was washed inside and out, and I was called to pick it up with plenty of time before closing on a holiday weekend. Vu even offered me a money-saving solution for some additional cosmetic work that would improve the appearance of my aging vehicle. They furthermore managed the relationship with my insurance company beautifully. Im really fortunate to have chosen Crash Champions, wish them my best and have respect and appreciation for Vu Ly, whose customer service was excellent.

I am very impressed with Crash Champions. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have an automated system that provides text messages that keep you up to date on the status of your repair and estimated completion date so you aren't left wondering when your vehicle will be ready. Hopefully, I will not need their services again, but if I do, I won't think twice about calling them. My vehicle looks perfect again!
