Crash Champions Collision Repair Oakland 10th

I would not recommend this place. The body work that was done was as it should be but everything else was terrible. My original estimate was 30 days for repair, on the 28th day i was informed that they had to order parts and it would be another week. Why didn't they prefer those parts with all the others? Days into that i called to check in my car and was told I'd get a call back that day. I didn't. I called back to discover that it was going to be another week. I called asking about a wheel that was scratched during the accident, was told they'd check and call me back, they didn't. Didn't repair the wheel either. When i finally did get my car back it was dirty inside and out. There were smudges and dirty hand prints on the white interior of the car, my saved seat settings were changed to reclining (why was anytime playing with the seat?), and the front motor compartment was completely covered in dust. There's a layer of dust on the windshield that won't come off in the car wash, which means there's a coating of dust all over the car. I need to pay to get it detailed now. I've filled out two surveys and no one has contacted me. Apparently these people don't care about a poor customer experience, and they are terrible at returning calls. The body work is as it should be but the car is dirty and customer service is bad. I would not recommend Crash Champions. Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Very dispointed. The only reason I did this claim here was because they said they could take care of my other scratches, gave me a quote, we were scheduled to do the insurance job and my out of pocket hood and side door. They are unorganized and none of the other work was done I was in Hawaii making it pointless. How do you overlook a detais like that, repeatedly? A complete waste of my valuable time.

When I am leaving George Arth, I always tell them I hope never to see them again, and they smile and wave and say they'll be there if we need them. These friendly, competent folks are my go-to for the assorted scratches, scrapes, and dings provided by the roads (and drivers) of Oakland. Their body work has been impeccable, and (as important to me) their communication, too. They haven't always been able to deliver on the planned timeline, but they've been so diligent about letting me know immediately if a part is delayed or something that it's much easier to manage and plan my life around the hiccups. This experience is worlds apart from shops I've used in the past where I feel like I'm constantly calling for updates and still never get a straight answer, even days after my car was supposed to be done. This shop has earned my repeat business with their consistent performance. I still hope I never see them again, but I'm really glad they'll be there when we need them. Service: Body & Trim
