We took our daughters car to Brooks Collision Repair in Oakland, Ca. Best thing we could have done. Mr. Percy Gonzlez was on it. Dealing with GEICO was a nightmare but Mr. Percy was not one to be ignored. He made sure to keep us in the loop and constantly updated. They are very transparent and professional. Brooks Collision fixed our daughters vehicle. I Drove it to Portland Oregon the same day I picked it up. Drove like dream. Thank you Mr.Gonzlez and the entire team you all are an awesome, super get it done team. They say you get what you pay for so dont think about your safety. They got your safety in check. Customer service was excellent! Rett took very good care of us and helped us through the complicated insurance process. Our car looks amazing, better than when we brought it in. Was referred here by Mercedes Oakland to receive an estimate. Instead, i was treated to a very condescending evaluation of my car that concluded with being told that the car was not worth the repair and the shop would not take it. They refused to even provide an estimate and referred me back to Oakland Mercedes. Not their place to make that determination about the car. I'm sure they're good at what they do based on their reviews, but i won't be bringing any car here again in the future.
