Ecobuild Architects has expertly assisted us resolving countless permitting issues with our mix-use property over the years,
addressing comments by building officials, so that we could complete changes quickly and with the least expense. We highly recommend
Ecobuild for any complex project requirements, such as accessibility or any code compliance issues your property may require.

Courtney Miller did our plans and design for our second-story addition and kitchen and bath remodel. The first time we met him at our house he had already had a vision where to put the stairs and had a lot of creative ideas flowing. Those ideas were put into the plans and once we saw they were completed in a timely manner we were so thrilled, he did a great job! The city of Oakland approved the plans with no issues which is cost efficient. Courtney is very professional, a very nice person, and knowledgeable and does his job excellently, and all his referrals were just as professional and diligent as he was. What I really appreciated was that Courtney was easy to get in contact with he got back to you in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Courtney.

We met with Courtney when deciding what architect to go with for a home addition project. Courtney was responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. Courtney is very quick to respond and communicate requirements and suggestions.
Courtney was very meticulous with great attention to detail. His work was top-notch and we were very happy with it. His contacts were also friendly and helpful. When finalizing the plans, he helped us deal with uncooperative engineers we had hired from a separate company. We are nearing the end of our permit approval process and we are happy to recommend Courtney to others.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eco Build Architects on a project; we built a deck and stairs, remodeled a small bedroom and also add a new exterior french door; Courtney Miller the principal is a true professional and knows his stuff pretty well. His attention to detail and knowledge of the latest building codes and design was evident in every aspect of the project. Collaboration made the entire process seamless and ensured that the result exceeded our client's expectations. I highly recommend it to any contractor or homeowner looking for a talented and dedicated architect Eco Build Architects (Courtney Miller).

Courtney is supremely detail oriented. Not only did he design a great looking addition to our home, but he was willing and able to take my own design notes and ideas and push them into the design. As a non-architectural designer, I appreciated him listening to and implementing my point of view. He also caught many various mistakes that the structural engineer made and had them all fixed up before permitting.
