        Piedmont Apartments is a great place to live. I've been here over 16 years. The neighbors for me are like an extended family who looks out for one another. The grounds are kept up well and the staff is friendly. I'm happy to live here. 5/3/23 I put in a request to have the batteries in my smoke detector replaced and it was done within the hour. Efficient and timely. Thank you. Dec. 2023 Maintenance was on point and addressed my housing concerns swiftly.

        Has signs for lease available No they don't. They put you on a waitlist. No movement on the wait list, as the same apartments have been advertised for 6 months. Pretty common scam. Govt will pay these low income housing companies just for offering. Plus the giant corporation gets to write it off on their taxes.
