My recently renovated apartment is great, but the building could use a little more TLC than it is currently receiving. The walls need painting, the front needs (regular) cleaning, and the laundry room (which is apparently run by an outside vendor) is downright gross.
Not so sure about the tenants, either: One parked their motorcycle in my (paid) space, and the another stole my delivered package from the lobby.
Hopefully the presence of an onsite manager will help. Fingers crossed.
