        I chose 17th and Broadway primarily for its advertised amenities, notably the hot tub which is supposed to be accessible 7/days a week, which was a significant factor in my decision to sign the lease. However, it's been out of order for weeks now, with management citing "routine maintenance," which feels more like a cover-up than a genuine explanation. Beyond the hot tub debacle, other amenities like the gym equipment and the cleanliness of the windows have been sorely neglected. When something breaks in the building, it stays broken forever!! 17th and Broadway makes a lot of promises that they simply don't deliver on in the long run.

        Horrible management team. Rarely get replies to emails with major concerns In the building to include poorly maintained amenities, illegal air bnbs, and trash costs soaring to nearly $100 per month, to accommodate people who place large furniture items and dozens of Christmas trees in the trash room. Dont worry though, the new manager Sunny comes with luxury living experience, so here is #livinginluxury Quarterra is a horrible management company and i would strongly urge you to look elsewhere for housing because this place is not it.

        So far 17th and Broadway has been an absolute god send coming from NYC. All the available amenities have been perfect and the people have been wonderful - staff and neighbors included. I would like to give a positive and enthusiastic shout out to the team and in particular Clayton for being hyper-responsive and thoughtful approach and strong initiative-based on numerous interactions. His easy style but disciplined approach makes the building feel like a community.
