I asked Jessida to help me with my finger that I re-injured on top of an old sports injury that happened way back in 2005. The middle knuckle (PIP joint) on my ring finger was permanently swollen, so much that I couldn't slip a ring over it and now I couldn't fully bend it. She did some needling and MUCH to my surprise, after a few sessions the size reduced! This was on a 15+ year-old injury! I'm going to keep seeing her to keep taking the size down.

I could write a novel on the ways that the practitioners (Jessida, Michelle and Jessica) at Root & Stem have helped me! In short, I have been going to this clinic since June 2021, and have received treatment and holistic counseling for back pain, stress and more recently, fertility. All have been wildly effective-- and most importantly for me, I've felt such a high level of compassion and understanding for the experiences I've shared and then a direct response in the treatment I've received. More recently, Jessida's empathy, intuition and expertise has been nothing short of magic for me. Up until last year, I never knew I needed acupuncture, and now I can't imagine my life without it. Very appreciative of the ways in which Root & Stem has fostered healing and sustainability for me.

Dr. Jessica Parker's compassion, knowledge and kind demeanor has been a breath of fresh air. While dealing with some medical issues that have limited treatments within the western medicine scope, Jessica was able to read through my existing lab reports, pinpoint certain issues that hadn't been discussed and set me up with a treatment plan to help support my body in healing. Michelle Binzak is so knowledgeable and professional, at the same time very caring. I have been treated with acupuncture by Michelle for several month and feel so much better, Michelle explains the function of the treatment, my memory issues, sleeping issues have improved so much. I truly appreciate Michelle and highly recommend her service.
