Energy Matters Acupuncture & Qigong Oakland

My wife and I were looking to begin our Qigong practice and a friend told us about Energy Matters and the Wild Goose Qigong classes. We signed up for Session A with Sue and are so happy we landed in this lovely class with a fantastic teacher (Sue). The classes are well paced and allow a wide variety of students, beginners to those taking this series for the umpteenth time. The classes and Sue have also opened up the world of Qigong and the community around it. We feel very fortunate to have found Energy Matters and started our Qigong journey there.

Im so glad I found someone as knowledgeable and experienced in treating my chronic hip pain as Kari. She always has a plan and I feel so well cared for, listened to, and supported.

I have been coming here for years and I plan on continuing to come. Kirstin Lindquist is such an accomplished acupuncturist. She listens carefully to what you say, consults your history and then gives you a treatment. Her treatments have helped me so much to avoid taking medication, which may not have helped me. Her staff, everyone who works there, are all competent and courteous- probably because Kirstin has developed such a positive environment for staff and clients. I also have been doing Qigong for a long time. All the teachers and zoom classes make instruction accessible for everyone. I cannot recommend Energy Matters enough.
