I judge a vendor on quality, timeliness, value, and communication. Embroider This exceeds expectations on all these points. They go above and beyond to ensure our orders are exactly as needed and they're consistently good at it. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Pretty disappointing. I would not recommend this vendor if you want a high quality dress shirt. They sell an inferior cotton dress shirt that has has proved irritating to my skin and has caused me problems for 6 months now. They would not reorder a better quality shirt, or do further business with me or even send me the files so that I could take my logo elsewhere. I did not have a good experience with their "We treat you as if you are our only client" customer service proposition. Buyer beware.
