The people who work at this location are so rude, and lack any type of customer service skills. It's shocking they have a business or that it's even lasted. Listen to the other reviews and give your money to a business that deserves it. Because they certainly don't.

I hate to have to write such a negative review since I believe in supporting our local businesses. I've been coming to the store for many years and have tolerated the rudeness of the owner of the store. But today when he refused to put a small strip of tape, on a box I was dropping off, I decided I will no longer be supporting this business. In addition to there being no sense of customer service, the prices they charge for packing materials are extremely high compared to other businesses. The UPS store on Westlake BLVD. Is a far superior outfit, where tape and rudeness are not an issue.

Whoever leaves a 5 star review for this business is either a family member or delusional. Came in a while back- employee was beyond bothered to provide any type of customer service. Out of convenience, I gave this place another shot thinking my Amazon drop off is a mindless, easy transaction . Joke was on me. Sign on the door says you're required a mask. Respectfully I searched in my car, all for me to walk in to a man who wasn't wearing his, in the most disgusting/foul mood. I work in an industry where I provide customer service and it's almost insulting to be treated by another human being like that. I hate to go out of my way to even leave negative reviews but considering every employee in that business is hostile- I'm sure this review won't hurt their ego.
