Ward and team are amazing. Super helpful, informative, and the process to pick order and get installed was seamless. We had them do all windows but one. We will be back for them to do the last one as soon as we are ready.

We have used this wonderful business with our shutters and blinds and were enjoying them everyday. Thanks to the owner Ward to Marie in the office to the installers, they are professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Bay Blinds. Their store displays lots of samples and has all the Hunter Douglas books filled with swatches and illustrations. Marie was helpful with tips, and made an appointment for Ward bring the books and samples to my home so I could see them in the environments of the windows I needed blinds for. Ward went over options and helped me narrow down choices, then left several books and samples so I could see the effect at night. The installer, Jorge, was punctual and fast. The result was perfect!!!

Just wrapped up the installation of new blinds throughout our Novato home. We HIGHLY recommend Ward and Bay Blinds. Ward is truly a professional. He is on-time, he is professional, he is precise and he shares his opinion on how a certain shade will look in a certain location, if asked. We went to a different retailer first and were frustrated at the lack of help and design input we were getting. We had a good sense for what we wanted, but we were still looking for input and are very pleased we found Ward and Bay Blinds. Its clear he has been in this field for many years. He gave helpful input and he quickly and efficiently problem solved around a few difficult installation areas in our home. You can just tell when you are working with someone that knows what they are doing; thats the case with Ward. In addition, the installation with Jorge was great. As with Ward, Jorge was on-time, efficient and thorough. Jorge came back a few days later to answer some questions and to make an adjustment to the height of one of our shades; all done with a smile and professionalism. I am already back in touch with Bay Blinds to get shades for my office!
