Monster Tree Service of North Bay

Monster Tree Service I contracted with Monster Tree Service about 2 years ago. At the time, I took a risk as they were new to the area. Previously, I had tree trimmed about every 2 years as part of regular maintenance. Aaron gave me a very competitive offer and I decided to give him a chance. The crew was great and the work competent and thorough. This year, it was time to do additional work. There were 4 sub-projects. To make sure that Monster had not given me a low bid to get into business, I solicited 2 other bids. Again, Aaron bid was significantly lower than the other two. The same crew came at 8 am and attacked the 4 sub-projects. The hardest two was trimming two huge Oaks to increase distance from the house as well as to provide additional views of the Bay. In the driveway, two mature Olive trees needed some serious shaping. Anthony and the crew worked tirelessly all day. They responded to my slightest requests to trim this branch or that one. All day, I bugged them to respond to my never-ending list of additional trimming. They worked to exhaustion and left around 5:30 PM. I have nothing but praise for the work that Monster Tree performed. It was done to perfection on-time and on-budget. I will call them again in 2 years. Thank you, Aaron, Anthony, and the whole crew. Very happy with North Bay Monster Tree Crew! They removed two drought damaged oaks, one very large and one smaller, and pruned a third. The whole process was good - competitive bid, nice crew, on time, hard working, precise lunch and breaks, and responded well to minor suggestions on taking one stump lower and pruning up the base of another. The arborist and crew have a relaxed, common sense approach that leans away from overcharging and toward allowing the trees to work with their environment and each other. Nice work! Monster Tree Service cut down an old plumb tree in my backyard. They were very fast and cleaned up after. I was impressed with the response time, as I needed it done quickly. Really appreciate their service.
