        AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL the dispatcher is abusive and threatening. Do not really on these people for anything. They are trashy and not professional AT ALL

        After reading the other reviews, there seems to be a very common theme of these guys looking for any excuse possible to not come tow your car if you are calling through AAA. Had my converter stolen and steering column ripped out of my van, called AAA they said they would send someone right away. The tow company called and said since it was a commercial van without seats that they couldnt come. Both of those are untrue. They wanted us to go directly through them because they probably make little to no money towing through AAA. They lied to AAA and said they came out and saw my car in person. Never came. You are supposed to be able to depend on these people in a pinch, thats kind of the whole point of AAA. It would take too long to explain everything that happened but this tow company made what was already the worst day of my life that much worse when all that was needed was just the smallest amount of compassion or empathy. Would love to hear back from management.
