I met Bob thru Bill Byrd my real estate agent, knowing Bill I knew that Bob Crane was the person I needed for my taxes, he is very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend both of them for their services. I spoke with Bob Crane about my difficult tax situation. He was clear, insightful, sympathetic, and calming (with a very good sense of humor. He explained the process of the tax repayment plans at the state and federal level. In the process, he explained to me the illusion behind some of the more predatory tax remedy organizations marketed online and over the airwaves.
