Installed a new roof in 2016 with a 10 year guarantee. Leaked in 2019 during heavy rains and Cascade never returned calls or texts. Had to hire another company, which showed me, while making emergency repairs, why the initial installation was incorrect, causing the subsequent leak. So the installation was unprofessional and the guarantee was worthless. Service: Roof installation

Cascade roofing did and amazing job! They were very professional, safe and fast. They went above and beyond in helping me fix the dry rot caused by the leaking roof. Ryan the owner is a great guy. He knows his stuff & was 100% open & honest. I was extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I had a leak in my garage that needed attention during the recent rains. My spouse and I were told when we bought our house we would need a new roof in the next few years. After the fires the bids were insanely expensive. I knew we'd need a roof now because of the leak, My friend referred me to Ryan Timms from Cascade Roofing. Ryan was prompt, professional and gave us options at different price levels to find what worked best for us and our budget. No one wants to spend money on a roof, but I am so glad I hired Ryan. Ryan and his crew were very clean, treated our home with respect, got the job done ahead of schedule and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.

This is the worst, unreliable, failure to follow through, BS company. They just can't get it together. I won't bore you with all the details but steer clear, if they put a roof on your home expect problems and they won't fix them. They will even say they will come but then no show, no call.
