Guys! This is theeee place to buy CD's Cassettes and records in Novato. The front dest guy Darren (apologies if i spelt his name wrong) is super helpful and friendly they have a wide selection of all types of music, lots of modern music, older music, and even some odd ball who's that music. Everything is reasonably priced and kept in stock and up to date. The store is all neat and well kept, and has an awesome "record shop" theme. Would definitely recommend dropping in and picking up something you like!

I was going into the shop looking for a record that they most likely wouldnt have since they dont have newer rap music and only old head music. But the guy was getting angry at me for looking at the wrong area even though there wasnt any signs saying that the actual records to buy are in the other room. Soon I left since they didnt have jack. The guy started laughing at me and my sister for no reason and my sister told the old dude at the counter to be more polite. The old head kept laughing and we left. Worst store Ive ever been at. Dont ever come here. They dont have a good selection of music. They only music they have are stuff from the 50s-70s and they are super beat up. Horrible owner.

This small place has been a staple of downtown Novato for decades, but I had never seen them inside until recently. Walking in was like traveling back in time in a wonderful way. We went to get a few albums for our teenage son, who has just recently gotten into vinyl. Darren, the fellow behind the counter, was incredibly gracious and knowledgeable, and his enthusiasm was infectious. His explanation of the different experience vinyl creates utterly sold us. Highly recommend this place.
