We had a sewer drain clog and things come out from the clean out on Friday. I called them and they quickly sent a technician within 3 hrs. However, the guy only tried to use camera to see what's going on and then refused to use sneak cleaner to unclog it. He insisted that he will use hydrojet, which will be only available the following Monday and costs >$1200. This means we have to stop using our house for the whole weekend. So I decided to call other companies and then a technician from Curoso Plumbing came and unclogged the drain with sneak in 15min. I think Benjamin Plumbing must be outstanding in some other cases, but my case was quite frustrating. Service: Drain cleaning

Awesome job, great service. Plumbing Tech Dustin Sanders completed the job quickly, took care of the problem - clogged drain. We had to move out of the house that weekend, had the C-19 even, I called and they scheduled a visit even though it was a holiday. We arrived about the same time, I kept my social distance and opened the garage and Mr. Sanders was finished with the job by the time I walked through the house to the downstairs. The wireless invoice he sent gave me the documentation to file an insurance claim. That's another story ! We didn't have much conversation, but Dustin Sanders was prompt, courteous, thorough and respectful, really cool guy.
