I first started using Baswell 10 yrs ago for a very complicated plumbing job. I had first hired Peter Levi, but they screwed everything up. Baswell came to the rescue and I've been using them every since. Great service!

Over priced service and not professional. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself time and money. Never had this kind of customer service experience before. They dont care about future business. Just wanted to take your money!!! Services: Toilet repair, Garbage disposal repair

We found Baswell through the "Bay Area Consumers Checkbook," where Baswell was listed as the NUMBER 1 best plumbing company in our county. Jason's first visit was so informative, including that he let us know that most of the parts we needed (valves/disc for sink faucets, kitchen soap dispenser etc) were still under warranty from the manufacturers. (This after the first bid I got from another plumbing company told us that all new parts would need to be ordered, sending the quote for some fairly small jobs at over $1600!!!). After receiving the parts under warranty, Jason returned and did a great job taking care of everything. He is a real nice, knowledgeable man, informs the consumer of every detail before he gets to work, answers all questions, and works very efficiently. Everything works great now, and we were so pleased that our bill (all labor b/c we had the parts) was only a little over several hundred dollars, including the first visit. There are so many plumbing companies out there charging excessive prices for both parts and labor. We were very happy to find Baswell (and Jason!) will continue to call Baswell for any future issues. Most honest and professional plumbing service we've ever experienced over our 13 year home ownership period. Baswell is super responsive and always working to fix any problem at the lowest price. Their quality of work and attention to detail is bar none. Wish all services were like Baswell.
